These terms govern your use of kointour.com, operated by CV Kointour. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

1. What this site currently is

The site describes a travel platform we are building and lets you join a waitlist to be notified when it launches. Every interactive feature — the search box, the sample itineraries, the "Notify Me" buttons — leads only to the waitlist form.

2. Sample itineraries and indicative prices

This is important, so we state it plainly:

• The itineraries shown on the home page are illustrative examples of the kind of trips we intend to offer. They are not currently available for purchase.
• Any price shown is an indicative estimate in the currency you selected. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a price guarantee.
• Prices are authored in US dollars and converted using a third-party exchange-rate feed that updates periodically. Converted amounts are approximate and will differ from your bank's rate.
• Ratings, review counts and traveller testimonials are not shown on this site, because we have not carried any travellers yet. We will only publish reviews once they come from real, completed trips.

3. The launch discount

We intend to give people who join the waitlist a 20% discount on their first booking after launch. This is a good-faith commitment, not a contractual entitlement: it will be subject to published conditions at launch (such as an expiry date, eligible products and one use per person), and we may withdraw or change it if we do not launch the service.

4. Joining the waitlist

You agree to submit your own name and email address, and to give accurate information. Joining creates no obligation on either side: you are not committing to buy anything, and we are not committing to provide any particular trip or price. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@kointour.com.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit other people's personal data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

6. Intellectual property

The Kointour name, logo, page design and text belong to CV Kointour. Photographs on this site are licensed from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We try hard to keep the content accurate, but because the service has not launched, descriptions of future features may change before release.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV Kointour is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the service changes — in particular, we will replace these terms with full booking terms before we start selling anything. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
