This policy explains what personal data CV Kointour collects through kointour.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately specific rather than generic.
Kointour has not launched yet. The only thing you can do on this site today is join our waitlist. We do not take bookings or payments, and we never ask for passwords, card numbers or identity documents.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
We collect only what the waitlist needs. Nothing on this site is sold or shared for advertising.

3. Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and there is no analytics tracker on this site.

4. Third parties we call
- ip-api.com — we send your IP address to obtain an approximate country/region/city and choose a currency.
- open.er-api.com — exchange rates. No personal data is sent; we request a plain rates table.
- Google Fonts and Unsplash — serve the fonts and photographs on this page. Your browser contacts them directly, so they can see your IP address.
Our captcha image is generated on our own server; it is not a third-party service.
5. Emails and contacts
When you join the waitlist we send you one welcome email, and a notification to our own team inbox. Your name and email may also be saved to our internal contact address book so we can reach you at launch. We will not add you to unrelated marketing lists, and every email we send will let you unsubscribe.
6. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist entries until Kointour launches and we have contacted you about it, or until you ask us to delete your record — whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Consistent with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022), you may ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong;
- delete it and remove you from the waitlist;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Email info@kointour.com and we will action it. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Waitlist data is stored in a password-protected database on our hosting provider's servers, and access is limited to the people running Kointour. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store anything of financial value: no passwords, no payment details.
9. Children
This site is not intended for children under 17, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above.
